What's the difference between a template website and a custom website?
Answer:
Gotcha. So the difference between a template site and a custom design website is that uh you have more flexibility between the different types uh of uh system. So typically a template site you looking at like Squarespace or Wix which makes it easier and faster to create a website. Uh but there are some disadvantages right so you might have one that looks very similar to other websites if you use template. So it just depends on the designer. uh they can use template as a starting point and create it into a custom website if you have a good website designer. Uh with custom design website you're basically creating from ground up. So there's a lot of flexibility there. Uh you can have uh custom code in the background to make it much more SEO friendly. Uh so those are the two difference. Uh, I would say custom websites are always better, but obviously they come with uh a higher price tag. So, if you're in an industry where there's a lot of competition, I would lean towards more custom website. Uh but if you're a smaller business which just trying to get your name out there, lower budget and kind of uh products that are very similar to your uh competitor, I would say start off with a template website and then as your business grow, we can always move over to more custom.
