What are some commonly overlooked aspects of digital marketing?

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.

Today's question is:

Question: "What are some commonly overlooked aspects of digital marketing?"

Answer from Alex - Zora Nova Agency

“Some of the most commonly overlooked aspect of digital marketing, especially for local business, I would say your reputation or reputation management.

Getting that feedback or that review, your Google review. Those things are important and you should always ask for your review.

And then also replying to the review. That sends signals to Google that you're active, you're paying attention, and that you're engaged with your customers.

When you get a review, don't wait a week, two week to, answer it. Even if it's a bad review, get on there and just explain why the situation didn't work out. I've seen customers who just ignore the bad ones and that can be detrimental to, your business.”

Summary

Alex Phung highlighted reputation management as a commonly overlooked aspect, emphasizing the importance of actively seeking and replying to customer reviews, both positive and negative. They noted that responding promptly to reviews signals engagement to Google and customers. Alex Phung warned that ignoring bad reviews can be detrimental to a business.
