Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.

Today's question is:

Question: "What Are Some Digital Marketing Advice for New Businesses on a Tight Budget?"

Answer from Alex - Zora Nova Agency

“That's a great question because I think,

we think, oh, digital marketing requires a lot of capital.

but I would say, if you just stay with the basic, nail the basics first. Start off by just claiming your Google business profile. that's completely free,

and it's a very strong driver for local leads. Okay? Once you set that up,

build a clean website. Having even a one-page website will beat relying on Facebook or Instagram page. Okay? Then start asking for reviews. Get more reviews on your Google business profile and on Yelp and on any of these other platforms that are business, directories.

So those are kind of the three things that you can, start off with, and then, again, lean on your local agency. I'm not afraid to, answer any questions. If they call me and they have a question, like, "Hey, I'm a startup and this is what I need to do," part of my service is just giving them some startup, advice. help them get connected locally, show them to the local chamber and get connected to the local networking.

So those are all cost friendly things that you can take advantage of.”
